SHIPMENTS
When will I recive my order?
Orders are shipped the next business day after the purchase is made. After this, the estimated delivery time of the order is 24/48 working hours.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €3.95 for orders with an amount less than €55. For orders over €55 shipping is free .
What happens if I am not at home when the package arrives?
The delivery person will call you to make another delivery day or make another attempt the next business day.
Can I know where my order is going?
Yes of course. As soon as we receive your order, we send you a confirmation email and then another when the order leaves with the tracking code. If you have any questions, contact us .
PAYMENT METHODS
What are the payment methods available on ground.?
You can pay with any credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay...) or Paypal.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I exchange or return a garment?
To return a garment , contact us within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, indicating the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 48 business hours, indicating the necessary steps to carry out said return.
Can I modify my order?
Yes of course. You can modify or cancel your order as long as your order has not already left our warehouse. Get in touch with us indicating what changes you want to make and we will respond as soon as possible.
When will I receive a refund for my order?
As soon as we confirm and receive the return, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order within a maximum period of 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
How and when can I use the discount codes?
You can use your discount code on the payment screen of your order, in the "Discount code" section. Enter your promotional code in the box and the corresponding discount will be automatically applied.
Discounts are not cumulative nor will they be applicable together with other promotions. For example, at the time of sales or specific promotions.
SIZING
Where can I find the size guide?
In the tab of each product you will find information about your size. We recommend that you measure one of your t-shirts or sweatshirts (depending on what you want to buy), and that you compare the measurements with the garment that you want to buy, so you will surely get your size right.
Is the sizing unisex?
Yes, all our clothes are unisex and are perfect for both boys and girls.
Do you have clothes for children or large sizes?
We can make ground garments. special sizes on request. If you need a size that does not appear in the size guide on the website, contact us . We will be happy to help you.
Do the caps have sizes?
All our caps are one size fits all and can be adjusted.
